For your convenience, there are many ways to place a stair parts order:

1. Fax our parts order form to StairWorld at (613) 723-5149



2. Click on "catalog" and add your items to a shopping cart. We'll receive your estimate request via the Internet and call you to confirm your payment and inform you of delivery times.



3. Call our friendly staff at 1-800-387-7711.



4. Email us at sales@stairworld.com with your product selections and quantities required. Remember to provide us with your phone number!

We will fax/email you a detailed order confirmation complete with part number(s), product description(s) and the total amount. Simply sign the order confirmation and fax it back to us at (613) 723-5149.

These are the typical steps required to fullfill a staircase order:

1. Call StairWorld at 1-800-387-7711 to discuss your requirements with one of our helpful Stair Consultants OR fax in the Estimate Request form to (613) 723-5149.



2. A Staircase Consultant will contact you to verify your dimensions and preferred styles.



3. A detailed quotation and AutoCAD architectural drawings will be sent to you shortly afterwards.



4. Simply sign all shop drawings and the estimate (after veriftying all measurements and specs) and return to StairWorld via fax or mail. Please include a 25% deposit for all staircase orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard and check.

We proudly accept Visa, MasterCard, check and COD.

Most companies automatically increase prices to cover credit card administrative charges—whether or not you pay by credit! At StairWorld we don't do that. If you choose to pay by credit card a small 2% charge is added; there is no charge for checks. There is a $35 charge for COD.

Orders under $1800.00 US will be provided at time of quotation.

Ontario and Quebec

Manitoba and the Maritimes
Orders over $2900.00 CAD: Free Shipping!
Orders under $2900.00 CAD will be provided at time of quotation.

Any material not required can be returned for credit. The material must be in the same shape, form, and condition as it was at the time of shipping. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 20% restocking fee will be applied. Custom parts are final purchases.
